About
Welcome!

Welcome to the Thinkfinity Texas Blog. This blog–and the wiki that goes with it (http://thinkfinitytexas.wikispaces.com)–are an effort to bring together a community of educators. The idea is to share the wealth of resources. Everything is published under Creative Commons Copyright ShareAlike-NonCommercial-Attribution only…that means, this isn’t a money-making venture. Rather it is akin to educators sharing ideas and helping each other peer to peer. If we can encourage a community of authors, wow, that will be just awesome!
The purpose of this blog is to bring together various Texas-specific resources available for Thinkfinity.org. If you’re not familiar with Thinkfinity.org, you’ll want to head straight over and visit!
Or, start with a few of the blog entries posted here. You can find a list of RECENT POSTS over on the left hand side of the screen.
How To Subscribe To RSS Feed for this Blog
![]()
One of the fun aspects of a blog is that you can use a service like Google Reader (http://reader.google.com), as well as others, to subscribe to the content of a blog. This enables folks to have new information delivered to them, rather than having them go out to see what changes. I like to share this CommonCraft video–”RSS in Plain English”–with others to get the idea across:

When sharing how to subscribe to ThinkfinityTexas blog, just give folks this address they can use to subscribe or add to their RSS readers:
Share this address with as many folks as possible who like to use RSS readers, maybe even include it in your email signature!
